When a customer pays using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal Express, their address is passed to us directly from the payment provider rather than typed into our checkout. Sometimes this means incomplete or incorrectly formatted details come through, for example a missing street number, or the country name appearing in a different language. We're working on updating how these express payment addresses are checked, so they go through the same validation as a standard checkout order. This means: Fewer orders needing manual correction before they can be dispatched More accurate freight and delivery handling A consistent, reliable checkout experience no matter which payment method a customer chooses
