β¨ What's New
- Free gift promotions on multi quantity lines now make exactly one item free, priced correctly, without blocking other earned gifts.
- Promotions restricted by customer type, like staff only discounts, now apply correctly even without a coupon code.
- Percentage promotions using "use base price" no longer double discount items that are already marked down.
- BOGO sales with an odd number of qualifying items no longer overstate the discount recorded in your order exports.
π‘ Why This Matters
- Customers get the discount they're meant to, no more and no less, and your order records match what customers were actually charged.
A couple of fixes make editing content in PageBuilder more predictable.
β¨ What's New
- Deleting a row now always removes the correct row, not a different one nearby.
- Duplicating a homepage now works reliably, with a loading indicator while it processes and clearer error messages if something goes wrong.
π‘ Why This Matters
- Less risk of accidentally losing content, and less time spent troubleshooting page builder issues.
Fixed a bug where products priced at exactly the maximum entered in a price filter were being left out of results.
β¨ What's New
- Category page price sliders and histograms now correctly include products priced at the exact maximum value entered. E.g. filtering $1 - $60 will now include products that are $60, previously it was pulling products up to $59.99.
π‘ Why This Matters
- Customers browsing by price see the full range of matching products, so you don't miss out on sales.
Fixed an issue where checkout error messages could disappear before customers had a chance to read them.
β¨ What's New
- Errors like exceeding a maximum quantity per order now stay visible in the cart slider, whether it was already open or not.
π‘ Why This Matters
- Customers get clear guidance on why an item couldn't be added, reducing confusion and support queries.
Building out content heavy pages just got quicker.
β¨ What's New
- A new search box in the PageBuilder layout tab lets you find a specific row by name instead of scrolling.

π‘ Why This Matters
- Saves time for content teams managing large homepages or landing pages with lots of rows.
We've upgraded how Google Pay processes payments to close a gap that was letting some fraudulent orders through.
β¨ What's New
- Google Pay now uses a more secure session based method that properly triggers 3D Secure verification on every transaction.
π‘ Why This Matters
- Reduces fraudulent orders and chargebacks, protecting your revenue and cutting down on manual fraud review.
Customers can now see the number of items in their cart right from the cart slider.
β¨ What's New
- A new item count now displays in the cart slider, showing customers exactly how many items they've added.

π‘ Why This Matters
- Gives customers extra confidence at checkout and reduces "did that actually add?" moments.
Available as an optional site setting. Talk to us if you'd like this turned on.
Category page price filters and sorting can now take promo pricing into account, not just RRP.
β¨ What's New
- Price filters and sorting on category pages can now match products by their promo price as well as RRP.
π‘ Why This Matters
- Customers browsing on-sale items by price will now find everything that qualifies at their chosen price, including products that are only in range because of a promotion.
- More accurate filtering during sale periods means fewer missed matches, which supports more conversions.
Available to clients on Promotions v2. Please reach out to your Account Manager if you want this set up on your site.
Note: this relies on a queued action to update how pricing is displayed in filters. If you're using Fast Forward to preview a promo at a future date, price filtering for that future time won't reflect the promo yet, since Fast Forward can't simulate that queued action running.
Fast Forward, our tool for previewing scheduled content before it goes live, is now included for every client at no extra cost. It's also had a full facelift, and clients on Promotions v2 can now preview exactly how upcoming promos will look and price on their site.
β¨ What's New
- Fast Forward is now available to all clients, free, with its own icon in the Cody menu
- Scheduled content is more clearly labelled, so you can see at a glance what type of content each item is
- Start and finish times are now clearly defined, so you know exactly when something begins and ends
- Promotions can now be previewed, letting you test how promo pricing appears across the site and in the cart at a future date

π‘ Why This Matters
- Every team now has a way to sense-check scheduled campaigns before they go live, at no additional cost
- You can check a campaign end to end before it launches, including how discounted pricing actually displays to shoppers, catching setup issues while there's still time to fix them
- Clear start and finish visibility means fewer surprises around content going live early, late, or overlapping
You can launch Fast Forward from within the Cody menu now

You now have a simple toggle to choose which subcategory filters appear on your category pages, so your filter lists only show what's useful to shoppers.
β¨ What's New
- Each mapped category now has a "Display as filter" toggle in the admin. The toggle is on by default, so nothing changes until you choose to hide a filter

- You can also set a minimum product count, so a subcategory filter only shows on your site once it has enough products behind it. Category pages then only display the filters you've left switched on that meet your minimum product count

π‘ Why This Matters
- Duplicated or low-performing filters can clutter the shopping experience and make it harder for customers to narrow down products
- You can now tidy up overlapping filter types (for example when the same products appear under both a category and an occasion) without losing the underlying category or its marketing links
- Filters with only one or two products behind them rarely help shoppers, and the minimum count keeps them hidden automatically until they're worthwhile, with no manual upkeep
- Cleaner filters mean a faster path to product for your shoppers
No setup needed. The toggle is available now in your category mapping view.
