Some shoppers were getting stuck on a "payment still being verified" message after their card was declined, with no way to try again. That's now fixed.
✨ What's New
  • When a card payment is declined, shoppers can immediately retry with a different card or payment method.
  • Checkout no longer confuses a declined payment with one still being verified.
πŸ’‘ Why This Matters
  • Fewer abandoned carts from shoppers who simply used the wrong card.
  • Less support and refund follow-up on stuck orders.
  • Protects revenue at the exact moment a customer is ready to pay.
Applies to sites processing card payments through Windcave.
Free gift promotions already added more gifts as shoppers bought more qualifying products. Now they take gifts away just as smoothly when a shopper changes their mind.
✨ What's New
  • Reducing the quantity of a qualifying product now removes the extra free gift units automatically.
  • Gifts a shopper bought themselves, rather than received through the promotion, are never touched.
πŸ’‘ Why This Matters
  • Shoppers are never charged for gift items they didn't choose to keep.
  • Fewer pricing disputes and support queries at checkout.
  • Free gift promotions now behave consistently in both directions.
Shoppers applying a voucher at checkout can now see it reflected in the payment summary, right alongside the order total.
✨ What's New
  • Applied vouchers appear in the payment summary, matching the existing gift card display.
  • Shoppers can see exactly how much they still owe after the voucher is applied.
πŸ’‘ Why This Matters
  • Clearer checkout builds trust and reduces last-minute cart abandonment.
  • Fewer "did my voucher work" support questions.
Setting up a promotion price used to mean rounding to a whole dollar. Now it accepts prices with cents, just like the rest of the modules.
✨ What's New
  • The promotion price field accepts decimal values, for example $19.99, not just whole numbers.
  • Saved prices apply correctly everywhere the promotion is used: storefront, cart and checkout.
πŸ’‘ Why This Matters
  • Merchants can set accurate, competitive promotion prices without manual workarounds.
  • Removes a common source of frustration when building promotions.
Checkout can now collect a Company name alongside, or instead of, a customer's first and last name.
✨ What's New
  • A Company field can be added to the Your Info section at checkout.
  • Customers provide either their full name or a company name, not both.
πŸ’‘ Why This Matters
  • Better supports B2B and trade customers checking out on behalf of a business.
  • Cleaner order data for merchants who serve business customers.
This is a config option, off by default. Talk to us if you'd like it enabled on your site.
Big import files, whether products, stock levels or prices, could previously fail partway through on large batches. They now complete reliably regardless of size.
✨ What's New
  • Large import runs no longer fail partway through due to an internal processing limit.
  • No change to how imports are set up or run, just improved reliability at scale.
πŸ’‘ Why This Matters
  • Fewer failed feeds and less manual re-running of imports.
  • More confidence that large catalogue or price updates complete on the first try.
A category or brand page link pointing past the last page of products used to show an empty grid, as if nothing was there. Those links now land somewhere useful.
✨ What's New
  • Visiting a category or brand page past the last available page now redirects to the last page that actually has products.
  • Any filters or sorting a shopper applied carry across to that page.
πŸ’‘ Why This Matters
  • Bookmarked or shared links keep working even as a catalogue shrinks over time.
  • Shoppers no longer land on a dead end that looks like the store is empty.
  • Removes pages that looked broken to search engines as well as shoppers.
Shoppers can now pay with or redeem an EDriveway gift card at checkout.
✨ What's New
  • EDriveway gift cards can now be applied and redeemed at checkout.
πŸ’‘ Why This Matters
  • Gives shoppers another way to pay, on top of card and other gift card options.
Available to clients who want to accept EDriveway gift cards. Talk to us to get this set up on your site.
Merchants viewing an imported promotion's criteria could see one generic tag instead of the actual list of styles it targets. The rules were always correct, just the screen showing them was wrong.
✨ What's New
  • The promotion criteria builder now displays the real style values for imported promotions, instead of a single auto-generated tag.
  • No change to how the promotion runs. The stored rules and the storefront were always correct.
πŸ’‘ Why This Matters
  • Merchants can see and trust exactly what an imported promotion is set to target.
  • Prevents accidental data loss: saving from the old screen could have overwritten the full style list with just one tag.
  • Removes confusion when reviewing or editing an imported promotion.
Know which products and lists get seen, which get clicked, and which get missed entirely.
✨ What's New
  • Product Views and Product Impressions, tracked per product
  • Product Clicks and Click-Through Rate on the Products dashboard
  • New Most Viewed, Most Shown, Most Clicked, and Never Clicked lists
  • Impressions and click-through rate for every product list, including recommended, category relevance, and offer relevance
  • Impressions and click-through rate broken out by category
CleanShot 2026-09-02 at 10
πŸ’‘ Why This Matters
  • Tells you which products are seen but ignored, or clicked but not converting
  • Never Clicked flags products worth a second look at pricing, imagery or placement
  • Shows exactly which lists and categories are pulling their weight, so you know where to focus merchandising effort first
  • Turns merchandising decisions into evidence, not guesswork
