We're exploring a Search dashboard to give you visibility into how shoppers are searching and finding products on your site. Planned areas include: Total search volume and top search terms over time Zero results rate, so you can spot gaps in your catalogue or copy Search conversion rate, including which products get clicked from search results and which ones appear but never convert Performance of synonym rules and merchandised search results This would help you understand not just what's selling, but how shoppers are finding it, and where they're hitting dead ends.

We're exploring analytics for the Emails module so you can track performance without needing a separate tool. Planned areas include: Send volume, delivery rate, and bounce rate Open and click rates Unsubscribe tracking Orders attributed to emails sent within the last 24 hours This would give you a clear picture of how your email program is performing and contributing to sales, all from within the platform you already use.

We're exploring a new Category dashboard so you can understand how individual categories are performing, not just individual products. Planned areas include: Traffic and engagement at the category level Conversion rate and AOV by category Revenue and units sold per category, with trend indicators Visibility into merchandising rule activity within each category This would give you a clearer view of which parts of your catalogue are working hardest, so you can prioritise merchandising effort where it matters most.

We are building a standard a top level dashboard that every site has to provide them with a top level overview of performance such as sales overview, trending product data based on sales performance.

We're going to get started on a basic report that can be exported to give clients some indication on site performance. We will be delivering functionality for this in stages, the first stage needs to cover the below: Ability to set a date range and choose a comparison date range with time Select which market In the first instance, we don't need to show an on screen report, rather generate the report and then let them download it Once they select a 'generate report' button, we need to show some sort of indication that the report is loading, and then once it's ready let them click to download Report should be sorted my highest revenue to lowest by default

We're building an app that'll allow you to access top level reporting dashboards when you're on the go! We imagine this will be most useful during promotional periods

Build some better reporting so that clients are able to understand overall category reporting - what is trending, what is underperforming etc
