Right now, the Insights Dashboard compares "This Month" against the full previous month. Partway through a month, that means you're comparing a partial period against a complete one, which isn't always the clearest way to read performance. We'd like to add: MTD and YTD labelling alongside This Month and This Year, making it clear when a period is still in progress Rolling period options, Last 7 Days and Last 30 Days, for an equal length comparison at any point in time An additional comparison view for MTD and YTD that lines up an equal number of days on both sides This gives you a clearer, more flexible way to compare performance, especially when checking in partway through a month.

We're exploring an expanded Customer dashboard to give you a fuller picture of who's shopping with you. Planned areas include: New vs. returning customer trends over time Wishlist activity and engagement signals Active and abandoned cart visibility Performance by customer segment, once segments are available This would help you understand customer behaviour and loyalty trends at a glance, rather than having to dig through individual records.

We're exploring analytics for the Promotion Codes module so you can see the real impact of your discount strategy. Planned areas include: Total codes issued, redeemed, and expired unused The actual dollar value of discounts given, not just redemption counts How promo codes affect average order value Redemption breakdown by platform and locale This would help you understand whether your promo strategy is driving incremental sales or just discounting orders that would have happened anyway.

We're exploring a more complete Orders dashboard that would bring order, freight, and customer data together in one place. Planned areas include: Order volume, sales value, and average order value trends A breakdown of new vs. returning customer orders Freight performance, including delivery type split and free freight qualification rates Payment method breakdown by country This would give you a single view of how orders are performing without needing to jump between modules to piece the story together.

Can we please have the option to select Today and Yesterday? 1 day is yesterday, but there is no option to show all today results outside of 5,15mins and 1 hour….
