Fairer MTD/YTD comparisons on the Insights Dashboard

Right now, the Insights Dashboard compares "This Month" against the full previous month. Partway through a month, that means you're comparing a partial period against a complete one, which isn't always the clearest way to read performance.
We'd like to add:
- MTD and YTD labelling alongside This Month and This Year, making it clear when a period is still in progress
- Rolling period options, Last 7 Days and Last 30 Days, for an equal length comparison at any point in time
- An additional comparison view for MTD and YTD that lines up an equal number of days on both sides
This gives you a clearer, more flexible way to compare performance, especially when checking in partway through a month.
