We'd like to pick an existing Promotions v2 promotion inside the Product Overlays module, so an overlay only shows on products that are part of that promotion.

Right now the two modules don't talk to each other. To flag promo products with an image overlay, we have to set up the same product targeting twice, once in Promotions v2 and again in Product Overlays. If the promotion changes, the overlay doesn't update with it.

Being able to link an overlay to a promotion would save setup time, keep the two in sync automatically, and make it easier to highlight sale products across product listing and product pages.
