We want to set up some tracking on sites, so that we're better able to understand how users are interacting.
- Set up tracking of clicks on mega menu items, including the category name
- Set up tracking of clicks on visual filters, and the name of the visual filter
- Set up tracking for if a user clicks into category filters of search results, and the filter name so we know what they're filtering by
