We have the option in checkout manager to either show a gift card as a seperate payment, or to have a single field combined for promo code & gift card.

Clients that have the 'gift card as seperate payment' option want the ability to update the text for what shows in the gift card field

Can we please create template strings for these so that we're able to customise the text for anything that mentions gift card & promo code together?
